Attitude of Gratitude: 11/01/19

For November 1, I am grateful for my love of cooking.  Today I was able to take fresh garlic, onions. leeks and scallions and make a wonderful risotto for dinner.

Being able to cook, and enjoying cooking, goes a long way to stretch a dollar.  Right now we have a full freezer, along with 2 full deep freezes.  Currently we are working on eat down what we've got.  We'll be at it a while.....
